The End of Innocense
Season 3 Episode 3

The four discuss Ryan and Marissa being kicked out of Harbor and Seth impending bulling. Marissa and Ryan both get called away. Alone Seth and Summer discuss if they even believe the cheery positive things they just said.

Ryan enters the kitchen as Sandy talks about New Port Group business on the phone. Sandy discusses with Ryan about stop seeing Marissa and may help fix his problems. Marissa is getting the same speech from Julie; Julie then tells Marissa she is going to boarding school. Marissa convinces Julie not to send her to Kaitlyn’s boarding only if she stops seeing Ryan. Jimmy goes to see Sandy about Caleb’s will. Eric Mabius as Dean of Discipline Hess of Harbor forces Summer and Seth to be stage hands in a Taylor Townsend school play. Jimmy tries to convince Julie to get married. Sandy goes to see Kristen to tell her that her father’s will is going to be read on Friday. Sandy catches Charlotte (Jeri Ryan) listening to there conversation. Ryan and Marissa almost get caught making out by Julie; she comes in to tell Marissa about moving up the wedding and moving to Hawaii.

Ryan and Seth discuss the situation between Ryan and Marissa. Ryan throws out the idea of Marissa living with them. Summer and Marissa talk about her moving to Hawaii may be a good thing. Jimmy and Julie make out on the boat discussing the wedding. When Julie leaves the man Jimmy owes money to shows up. He menacingly tells Jimmy that this is it, no more extensions. Ryan tries to convince Sandy to let Marissa to move in. Sandy considers it. Sandy calls Kristen to see if she’s going to the will reading. Charlotte and Kristen discuss going to the will reading. Taylor tortures Summer and Seth. Dean Hess threatens Summer and Seth as Taylor puts on an act for him. Marissa meets with Ryan at the pool house and her tells her about his plan. She tells him that she wants to move to Hawaii now that there is a chance that her family can get back together.

Ryan, Seth and Sandy discuss Marissa moving in. Sandy tells Seth about seeing his mother. Charlotte makes Kristen doubt herself. Seth and Summer plot something as Taylor approaches. The will is read. It is revealed that Caleb is broke and he left a personal letter to Kristen. The letter freaks Kristen out and she storms off; Sandy chases after her. He catches up to her, as she gets to her car; leaving Sandy standing in the middle of the road. Ryan goes to see Marissa and tries to be hopeful. Julie talks about their future as Jimmy nervously waits for a phone call. Sandy calls Charlotte looking for Kristen; she hasn’t shown up. Seth, summer Ryan and Marissa are eating at the diner; when Seth and Summer make an excuse to leave. Ryan takes Marissa to a surprise on the beach; a little secluded hut. The man from earlier and a few of his friends stop Jimmy, as he is on his way to his boat, they go for a ride. Marissa and Ryan make love on the beach as Jimmy has the crap kicked out of him and Kristen checks into a motel with a bottle of vodka.
It’s morning, Ryan, and Marissa awake to Marissa’s cell phone. They go to Jimmy’s boat to find Jimmy beaten and bruise telling Marissa that he has to go. She tells him that he if he goes not to come back. He has Marissa tell Julie he left. The realtor comes to tell Charlotte that the owners coming back early. Charlotte says that she has two more weeks and the realtor says it would be the case if her check had not bounced. Charlotte leaves the realtor at the door and jumps out the bedroom window. Kristen comes home and reads the letter with the help of Sandy. It’s an apology from Caleb. Marissa tells her mother about Jimmy and then comforts Julie. Dean Hess catches Seth returning the stuff; him and Summer took from the play for the hut. Dean Hess gives Seth two months of detention because he wouldn’t give up Summer. Ryan and Marissa walk the beach talking about her father. Ryan and Seth come down the Cohen house discussing Seth action, when Sandy and Kristen come in; they have a family reunion.
