Past:
Will is talking to Carla, Craig is talking to Jenna and both are talking about Sam. Private Investigator informs Sam about Amy. Will saves an invest meeting from going south and gets a bonus reward from Russell Brewster. Sam goes to see the Phillips about giving Amy back and the throw her out and tell her not to return.
Present:
Detective Majorino brings in Father Malloy.

Detective Majorino shows Father Malloy a video of him outside the loft at the time of the friend’s death. Det. Majorino’s theory is that is a friend with a grudge calls Father Malloy a criminal. Father Malloy begins to tell the story of the only crime he committed.
Past:
Sam runs into Will at the bar and offers his bonus to help. Aaron talks to Carla from a café in Seattle. Sam talks to an attorney that explains the only way to get Amy back is to have the father sitting beside her in the courtroom.

Present:
Detective Majorino find a second blood sample on the scene of the crime.
Past:

Sam and Craig talk about their problems abstractly. The project Will saved is dumped because it could not get EPA approval, which tanks Will bonus he offered to Sam. Jenna has lunch with her mother and runs into a director that she likes. Sam comes to Bedford to see Will and Will’s gone to the city to see Sam. Will runs into Craig, who tells Will that he wants Sam back there is nothing that’s going to stop him.

Present:
Father Malloy is giving a blood sample.
Past:
Will meets with the EPA agent and loses his temper. The agent implies that a little under the table money would help the deal get approval. Carla applies for the nanny position for Amy. Will bribes the EPA agent.
Present:
Detective Majorino talks about the accident.
Past:
Jenna is frustrated with her mother’s behavior during her party for ‘Sunset Summer’ and decides to turn her attention to the director she ran into earlier with her mother. Instead, of firing Will, Mr. Brewster give will his bonus minus the money he took to bribe the EPA agent. Craig and Sam dance. Jenna finds her mother making out with the director she liked. Will comes to the party and finds Sam dancing with Will. He leaves the money with Carla.

Carla gets the job as Amy’s nanny. Sam meets with Will to give him the money back and tell him about Amy. Will accepts the money but doesn’t let her explain about Amy. Will is approached by the FBI, who tells him that they have been investigating Brewster Group and Russell Group. Will been caught bribing an official but if he turns states evident they will expunge his record of all felonies.
Present:
Detective Majorino reveals that he is Edward Lawrence’s stepson. Father Malloy is allowed to leave. He goes to Aaron’s company for a meeting and tells Carla and Aaron about Detective Majorino.
